I am writing to thank you and your crew for the flawless experience I enjoyed with United Better Homes, from your visit to provide an estimate through to the installation of my nineteen Excalibur windows yesterday, the entire experience was a joy!
I particularly want to compliment your crew of three young men who arrived a few minutes early and who worked so well as a team. Each member knew his role and executed it perfectly. And those roles were so well planned out: While one man came into the house and began removing the old windows, the other two unloaded all of the windows from the truck. Once that was done, one of those two began to unwrap the windows and carry them carefully up the three flights of stairs, without “dinging” the woodwork, placing in the room in which it would be installed. The third man began installing the windows. By the time several had been installed, the man who had carried the windows up replaced the moldings, calked and cleaned up the area around each window. Whenever any of them had a free moment, he would cart an old window, some weights, or whatever downstairs and load them onto the truck.
From start to finish the installation of 19 large windows and the thorough clean-up afterwards took about 6 1/2 hours! Each was perfectly done and each functions beautifully. I got a high quality installation of a high quality product and I will say that I am not the easiest person to please.
